We’re a quirky, enthusiastic, and down-to-earth company that wholeheartedly loves what we do. We create zero waste systems that are community-based because we believe that change is a collective effort and the tools to create that change should be accessible to everyone.

We love being outside and it’s not unusual for us to work anywhere we can get an internet signal. Pre-pandemic you’d find us setting up zero waste systems and picking up litter at some of your favorite music festivals. We’ve continued to challenge the trashy status quo through organizational culture consulting and online education.

Waste Free Earth is an LGBTQ+ and BIPoC led company. We’re a 100% women-owned and operated small business based in Burlington, Vermont.
